| Wenlin,
the rising city at the coast of the grand East Sea, is situated at the
south-eastern coast of Zhejiang, south of Taizhou Bay and between the development
zones of Ningbo and Wenzhou; The industrial compl-ex of Wenlin city is
situated at the northwestern face of the city and will occupy an area of
142.85 hectares. |
| The Industrial Complex
has good transport access, and is only 20 km from Huangyan Airport at the
north. To the east is the Haimen Harbor, through which the railroad and
Mengtaiwan Highway grazes across. It hugs the Commerce District and can
rapidly create a modern Industrial City. |

Principles
of planning
1. The Industrial Complex is designed according to
the overall layout of Wenlin city to comple- ment and deepen
the overall district plans, so as to create a balanced ecology,
aesthetic environment,
functions, easy transport access and smooth communications.
2. The Industrial Complex and Residential Zone- s are built
in the “Garden” - a natural comb- ination of mountains and rivers.
The functions
are divided and situated strategically with flexibility
and inclusiveness in mind to reflect the economic value of
the occupied land.
